What’s an iTouch without Star Wars? I love any game they have to offer as much as I love the movies, toons and toys. The last time I played a Star Wars game was from the PSP version called Lego Star Wars trilogy. In this iTouch version though, you’re not a Lego Star Wars character. Your character is an apprentice Sith serving Darth Vader. Because your character is loyal, you follow his mission orders like killing Jedis. Unbeknownst to you, you will be double crossed by Vader himself after you complete most of the missions and you will be on the last parts of the game. In the end you will be facing him and become a good guy.
Before starting a mission, you will go through a tutorial teaching you a Sith’s moves like force grip, force pull and force push to name a few. Heck, you can even rejuvenate your life using the Sith’s power. All these can be done with finger strokes which will be shown to you during the tutorial. Not all can be used right away. A new move or two will be introduced after you complete missions and they can be vital and useful to completing the next one. The game boasts good graphics, good gameplay, knowable characters from the movies and … we can never forget a lightsaber hehehe. Surprisingly, your power is not limited to defeating Jedis and storm troopers alone. You will also be facing AT-ST walkers so good luck finding out how to stop them and complete the level. The game gives you the option to play in easy mode or hard mode. You can rotate the game between portrait and landscape mode which did not give the characters any stretched look.
So, what are you waiting for (Star Wars fans like me). Get the game, play as the Sith apprentice and may the force, be with you ;).
