you better check support and hidden cost. support should response in time. hidden cost, many web host showing few dollars on main page but when you click to order, you come to know this price is only valid if you pay for 6-12 months.
I found http://www.shopaserver.com as best in both aspects, and thats why staying with them else I would have ran to some other host
