Cannot Enable/Disable 3G In iPhone 4S

Well, the answer is you can’t. At least with the iPhone 4S.
You can enable and/or disable 3G in iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 but not with 4S. This is how Apple made the device so we all have to live with it.
